All of our items are custom and handmade and take time to make. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days of confirming your measurements via email.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If an item(s) you have ordered is the wrong item or if the item is defective, you can return the item within 20 days of your purchase for an exchange of the same item, at your expense. Please notify us via email if you will be returning your purchase. Otherwise, all sales are final. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning an item(s), please include the original tags and packaging.
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY LAURA VIVIAN CLOTHING?
It is best to dry clean your Laura Vivian garments to help keep the quality over time. But for a less expensive alternative you can most definitely wash your Laura Vivian garments in cold water with regular detergant and lay flat to dry.
